All of my designs are engraved and fabricated using a laser engraving printing machine in my workshop in Florida. Personalized items are custom-made to order.

For custom and personalized orders returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective. But please contact me with any issues or concerns to discuss. Non customized returns & exchanges are accepted. Please contact me.
